Returns & Refunds
Straightforward returns, because a room takes time to get right.
7-day returns
If a piece is not right for your space, tell us within 7 days of delivery. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Call or message us with your order number. We will arrange collection inside the Valley; elsewhere we will guide you through courier return.
Refund timing
Once the piece is back with us and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
What we cannot accept
- Made-to-order and customised pieces
- Items damaged through use or improper care
- Sale items marked final
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund in full — no argument, no restocking fee.
